O'Naturel
Privacy PolicyWho Are We?
O’Naturel is operated by the sole proprietorship “Loïc HARNISCH,” with its headquarters located at 4 rue Louis Moreau, 98800 Nouméa, New Caledonia, under RIDET number 1 428 549.001.
O’Naturel has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by emailing contact@onaturel.nc or by sending a letter to the postal address mentioned above.
What Information Does O’Naturel Process?
O’Naturel is an e-commerce platform that allows users to purchase various products online. By registering on O’Naturel, you enter into a legal agreement with us, and we process your data to provide the service according to the terms of this agreement.
To join the O’Naturel network, you must complete our online registration form, where we may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, date of birth, or contact details. You can also choose to provide additional information about yourself, but this is optional. Since you control your user profile, this information is accessible to you at any time by accessing your profile page, which allows you to correct or update your information at any time.
For safety and security reasons and to ensure the best user experience, we require users to verify their accounts to ensure they are not bots. For this purpose, we may ask for your phone number. We also aim to prevent the creation of fake O’Naturel accounts, which can be used for fraudulent or criminal purposes—these pose threats to the O’Naturel community. We rely on a third party to verify accounts. This third party will retain your phone number for 90 days to investigate potential fraud across various platforms and online services, including O’Naturel. We collect and use your phone number based on our legitimate interests outlined above and to prevent fraud.
If you decide to place an order on the site, we will process your payment information and securely store this data to combat fraud and for auditing/tax purposes. Under data protection law, we are required to collect and process this payment data to execute our contract with you, and our continued retention of this data is justified by our legitimate interests stated above.
To provide a quality service, O’Naturel processes limited data (demographic and location data) to generate targeted advertisements in our legitimate interest, including sharing this data with advertising networks. You can disable this in your settings: you will still see advertisements, but they will be less relevant to you. Through your device’s security settings, you can also prevent or limit the sharing of your device identifiers with third-party advertisers, as well as the use of those identifiers. If you would like more information on this practice or want to confirm whether you have opted out, please contact us.
Finally, we want to stay in touch with you to share promotions and offers. If you have given your consent, we will use your email address and phone number to send you this information. You can change your mind at any time through the app or website settings.
How Long Does O’Naturel Retain My Data?
If you do not log in to your account for a period of 30 months, your profile and all associated photos will be deleted. If you request that your account be deleted through the website, it will become immediately unavailable and will be fully deleted within 30 days.
Correspondence with our customer support team will be retained longer to address any subsequent questions you may have, but it will generally be deleted within six years if no further questions arise.
Anonymous information about activity on O’Naturel is retained longer for statistical and product research purposes but is not attributable to any specific individual once their profile has been deleted.
Information such as payment data, IP addresses, mobile numbers, and email addresses is retained to combat fraud and spam for as long as it remains relevant. This is typically determined by the expiration of the payment method.
What Information Does O’Naturel Collect for Users Under 18?
O’Naturel does not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors, nor does it aim to sell products to them. If we learn that a child, minor, or person under the age of 18 has registered on our site and provided personal information, we will take steps to delete their data and profile. If we delete a profile that violates our child protection rules, we may retain the email address and IP address of such a user to prevent them from circumventing our rules and creating a new profile.
Who Does O’Naturel Share Information With?
We may share aggregated information, including your personal data (but not in a way that directly identifies you), as well as other information (such as log data), with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling regarding other products and services.
We share your data with the following categories of third parties:
•IT companies (hardware and software) providing services to support our products
•Fraud prevention and anti-spam providers to protect against criminal activities
•Moderators to monitor activity on the site/apps and approve content
•Advertising partners, marketplaces, and targeted ad providers

•Payment processing and telecommunications companies to facilitate payment for our premium services
We ensure that these parties comply with strict data privacy and protection provisions consistent with this policy. Measures are taken to ensure shared data is anonymized as much as possible.
In the event that O’Naturel or one of its affiliates undergoes a transition or change of ownership, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its assets, or in the case of insolvency or administration, we may be required to disclose your personal data.
